Antiquated Set is an Armor Set in Dark Souls and Dark Souls Remastered.
Antiquated Set Information
Special magic crown bestowed upon Dusk, Princess of Oolacile, upon her birth. Its wearer is blessed by all manner of magic. This raises the power and effect of the wearer's magic, but damage suffered by magic attacks also rises.
From the ancient fallen land of Oolacile. Its ivory-colored silk features elaborate embroidery and is imbued with ancient magic power.
One cannot expect any physical protection from this garment, as it was not meant to be worn in battle.
Location
- Found in Darkroot Basin, after saving Dusk of Oolacile. Kill the Golden Crystal Golem in the back of the Darkroot Basin cave (far behind the Hydra), go back to the strand in front of the Hydra, and summon the Dusk (you DO NOT have to be in human form). Reload, then return to where you found the golem. You will find the corpse with the set there.

Notes
- Antiquated Set can be upgraded by using Twinkling Titanite (except for the Crown of Dusk that cannot be upgraded).
- The Crown of Dusk boosts power of Sorceries, Miracles and Pyromancies by 20% (stacks with Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring/ Ring of the Sun's Firstborn). However it also reduces the wearer's Magic defense by 30%.

AnonymousBest PvE set if you want to stay below 25% equip load and use some heavier weapons or shield. Very light, very high curse resistance, good magic defence. Depending on situation and build you may swap crown for one of Pinwheel's masks or Sunlight Maggot.

you don't even need to reload your game for the set to appear, I just checked and after talking to her (the summon, where you can buy stuff from her) the set instantly appears in the back near the portal to oolacile later

Wearing this set with a male beefy chart while holding an Ultra Greatsword: Ultimate Femboy...Also watch out for the mud in Dark Root.

Why many lightweight builds based on rolling and dodging run naked with havel's gauntlets instead of this set?
Pretty princess set offers better protection and resistances than rock's gloves with only half of their weight.
Yea sure gauntlets boost stability but most attack will stagger us anyway if we wear gauntlets only.

Best all-around set for PvE.
+ Extremely lightweight - you can use heavy weapons or shields and still run'n'roll fast without Havel's or FaP rings
+ Very high curse resistance - at +5 you can easily fight inside basilisk vapors even with 0 humanity
+ Boost all spells power - only headgear required for this
+ Looks decent - no more dirty, torn or rusty trash and running with bare feet like some bum (OK! Crown's neck band is terrible but you can install graphical mod disabling it)
Just get it.

If her summon sign isn't showing, rest at the bonfire near the Valley of Drakes. Seems to work for me.

Every part says it's imbued with ancient magic power. So does all of it provide a boost? Even if not it has an insane amount of curse resist for fighting Seath the scaless.

After placing the lordvessel but before doing the dlc I couldn't find her summoning sign. Killed manus and her sign showed up in the water in front of the rock and tree in front of the hydra. Kalameet was still alive. Didn't have to reload to loot the set at the end of the cave.

I beat the gold golem but i cant find her summon sign anywhere in the water where the hydra was

It seems that the corpse with the set won't spawn after you finished the dlc (implying you prevented her from dying there). At least for me it was like then, I tried to get it after I beat manus and I couldn't, but on ng+ I got it right after getting her out of the golem. Can someone confirm?

The file is in Dark Souls 2, like the pickaxe is there secret sidequests??
best female dress but super bad standing and running posture ! Hope we get 1 mod to fix it
