• It it used to open the locked door guarded by the Asylum Demon, which lets you exit the Northern Undead Asylum.

Big Pilgrim's Key Location

• It is dropped by the Asylum Demon if you killed him when you are supposed to, during the second encounter.
• However, if the Asylum Demon is killed during the first encounter then this key will be dropped by the Elite Knight/Oscar of Astora when you either speak to him or kill him.
• Drops from Oscar of Astora. (Guaranteed - Northern Undead Asylum and Northern Undead Asylum Revisit)
