by far the best iteration of this set in the whole franchise, it also looks extra good when you're using the darksword, and it's sick sheath is on your character's waist.

Not considering the fashion, this set is actually quite good. Not only does it have even resistances overall, good status protection and is upgraded with twink titanite, but it is also lightweight and has enough poise to tank anything, even a zweihander, with the help of a wolf ring. Even though lightning def is not that good, many medium sets suffer from that. So yeah, edgy and practical!

I had a problem acquiring this set and I didn't see the solution anywhere so here goes for people that can't claim this set.

If you leave the covenant, progress with the covenant restarts so we become members lvl 0 again.
After leaving this covenant, we have to give all 30 humanities again to rank up and get the set

I'm a protagonist but still joined the darkwraiths. it is much easier to get the set, sword, and hand, basically becoming a darkwraith, in DS3. merely slay enough hollowed darkwraiths since their equiptment, other then the hand, are common drops. the hand can be purchased from Yuria, who, in my opinion, is a better waifu then Anri. too bad Yuria dies after being summoned to fight the soul of cinder, but I do get to claim her set and weapon without slaying her and the ending for usurpation of fire still works
