Darkmoon Blade Covenant Ring

darkmoon blade covenant ring

Ring granted to those bound by the Darkmoon Blade covenant. Answer Dark Sun Gwyndolin's summoning.
Gwyndolin, all too aware of his repulsive, frail appearance, created the illusion of a sister Gwynevere, who
helps him guard over Anor Londo. An unmasking of these deities would be tantamount to blasphemy.

Darkmoon Blade Covenant Ring is a Ring in Dark Souls and Dark Souls Remastered. Players can equip up to 2 Rings, but equipping two of the same item is not possible.

  • When wearing this ring you may be summoned into other players' dark Anor Londo as an invader, presumably as a result of the host killing Gwynevere.
  • If the invader successfully kills the host, they will be rewarded with a Souvenir of Reprisal.
  • If the Host manages to kill the invader, however, they will receive Souls as a reward.
  • You must be part of the Darkmoon Blade covenant for the Rings effect to occur, but you do not need to be human.

  • Ring provides no bonuses, and can be unequipped in favor of a better ring after you are summoned.

Cant find a straight answer, can this still invade people that have killed Gwyndolin or is it like normal invasions where you cant be invaded if the area boss is dead?

        Just wonder...

If you make Anal Rodeo dark not only fake Gwynevere and sun goes down. Same goes for Sentinels and Silver Knigths. Does that mean they were illusions all the time? And if they were how you could farm souls and items from them if they weren't real in the first place?
