Elizabeth is a Character in Dark Souls.
Information
Elizabeth is a giant talking female mushroom, who asks for the player's help to rescue Dusk of Oolacile from the Abyss. She refers to herself as the guardian of the sanctuary and godmother to Dusk of Oolacile. She sells the same sorceries and items Dusk sells (because she is unable to reach until the defeat of Manus), along with Repair Powder. She is found in the Oolacile Sanctuary.
Upon saving Dusk, she will reward with 3 Elizabeth's Mushrooms which are unique consumable items that regenerate your health for a limited period of time.
She is mentioned in Dark Souls 3 in description of Crown of Dusk ([...] Through the guardian Elizabeth's blessing, this raises the power and effect of the wearer's magic, but damage suffered by magic attacks rises in tandem).

I killed her and didn't realize she was an NPC

i - are solicited by a talking mushroom,
ii - the mushroom begs that you save the princess of the domain,
iii - have to defeat a fire-spewing lizard,
iv - and you are a plumber, thus clearly up to the task.

If you kill dusk after killing manus, elizabeth will have committed suicide and you can pick up her mushrooms from where she's formerly located.

Elizabeth will not drop any mushrooms if you kill her after receiving the batch of three, after saving Dusk. I was gut-wrenched to discover that her death was in vain.

The Dark, Red Leech and Triclops Snake Troches in DS2 mention Saint Elizabeth.
I murdered Dusk after killing Manus. When I warped back to the garden Elizabeth was gone and the three mushrooms she rewards were on the ground. I guess she committed suicide. I'm a horrible person.

Dusk of Oolacile says that time is different in this world. I have bought everything from elizabeth and Dusk of Oolacile sells nothing when I summoned her. Same when I bought everthing from Dusk, Elizabeth had no spells to sell.Finally I killed Dusk of Oolacile. when I went to see if she had anything to say about than. I found her missing and only her items ( the special mushrooms) in her place. I thing they are conected and maybe they are the same person. I will play the game again this time I will kill Elizabeth and see if Dusk dissapear.
We Scots always knew that Elizabeth was a f.king mushroom
