Red Eye Orb is a Multiplayer Item in Dark Souls.
Red Eye Orb Usage
- Unlike its cracked brethren, the item is not consumed upon use, and can be used infinitely
- You can use the orb in any multiplayer-able area. Note that it may be greyed out if too close to a bonfire or a crossroad to multiple areas
- Can invade only players who have not killed the area boss yet.
- Can invade anyone with higher level than you or 10% lower level than you.
- Humanity is gained when you defeat a 'master of world'
Red Eye Orb Location
- You receive this item after ranking up once with the Darkwraith covenant.
- Level one can be reached by offering 10 humanity to Darkstalker Kaathe.
- You may only use the Red Eye Orb as long as you are part of the Darkwraith covenant.
Lore
- The color of this eye orb is based on the Red Eye Stone, obtained by killing The Maiden in Black in Demon's Souls.
- Some believe Darkwraiths to be revolutionaries, defenders of the human race, but they might just be evil Humanity.

Seriously, every time I *****ING PLAY ONLINE, this dip*****succman222" invades me, EVERY GODDAMN TIME. he invades with his stupid *****ing claymore and staggers me to death and points down while wearing his edgy fallen knight armor like he's some sort of ULTRA BADASS. and the ONE TIME I manage to hit him he yells at his mom to unplug the internet (not kidding his mic was open every time he invaded me, I could even hear the *****er's keyboard clacking) cause he's afraid he might actually lose to a skilled player like myself. after looking at his steam profile it was no surprise to find out his bio was full of the edgiest***** possible, such as big chungus, 9/11, nazis, anime tittys and *****ing infant annihilator. oh, and his recent game activity consisted of Seed of the Dead (hentai L4D clone), doki doki literature club, FNAF, CSGO, DOTA 2. I have nothing against any of the games but it's no secret that a majority of people that play these games are edgey 14-20 year olds. so basically what i'm trying to say is ***** YOU succman222, the next time I see you i'm gonna *****ing turn godmode on and make you yell at your mom some more, you slaanesh loving *****

If i beat MY boss can I still invade someone who didn't beat theirs?

New Londo ruins is a very good spot for invading. I make a lot of fun there sometimes helping the hosts sometimes using my Dragon Greatsword R2 at the platforms but always have fun with this item. Every player should try to join the Darkwraith covenant and use the Red Eye Orb. It is a "must" of Dark Souls.

If I am level 11, it says I can invade players lower than me (level x .1) which makes 1.1. With that info can I invade people level 1 or because it's 1.1 will it only let me invade lvl 2 and up?
