Slash Damage is a Damage Type in Dark Souls and Dark Souls Remastered. It is one of eight damage types presented in the original game and one of the four Physical-type damages.

Undead rats in all forms are vulnerable to slash. Enemies such as skeletons, giant sentinels, and silver knights specifically resist slash. Along with bosses such as the Iron Golem.
