Aimless wanderer. Wields scimitar. High dexterity.
Wanderer Starting Equipment
Notes About This Class
- While it may appear to be a Dexterity-focused class at first glance, the extra points in Intelligence and Attunement means the Wanderer can also greatly be suited for combining sorcery with fast Dexterity weapons. Spells like Great Magic Weapon or Crystal Magic Weapon are great candidates.
Builds That Use This Class

Yet, wanderer requires skill, but he (and warrior) can be a great glass cannon. Wanderer has nice mobility and dexterity to easily dodge attacks, while warrior has hight damage output. Basically two glassy guys

I want to use the moonlight great sword should I use this class or a different one (sorcerer/pyromancer)

Great for first-time DS players. A simple lightweight melee class that offers the right level challenge.

I use this build for a dex and pyro build, it hasn't failed me yet. The armor looks the best and most unique too.

Any one do the build that this page recommends? I tried looking for it on youtube but no luck.

I feel like this is the class suits the nameless undead the most balanced melee-magic and it has the only non-npc armor in the game.

This class is actually pretty good for a STR/INT build as well. It allows you to use Greatswords without having to put any points into DEX and you start out with more points in ATT and INT than you would with the Warrior. Only downside is having to pump points into STR right at the start of the game in order to use STR-focused weapons.

I prefer a character with such brutal damage that even Ornstein trembled just thinking about it, but with a life that is not necessarily poor, but not the definitive way of life
