Armor in Dark Souls 3 provides the player with protection against damage and resistance to Status Effects, and adds Poise. In addition, armor is also a cosmetic choice, and individual pieces can be mixed and matched to create an optimized setup, from a defensive and fashion perspective. Contrary to past installments in the series, armor cannot be upgraded. To view individual pieces of armor please see the Helms, Chest Armor, Gauntlets and Leggings pages.
