Self Buff | Dark Souls Wiki

A self buff is a buff directly applied to your character using an item or a spell.

Only one self buff can be active at a time, you have to wait till the end of its duration to apply another one.

You can end a self buff early by dying, warping or quitting-out.

Item buffs :

Transient Curse, Green Blossom, Elizabeth's Mushroom

Spell buffs :

Sorceries : 

Hush, Fall Control, Hidden Body

Pyromancies :

Flash Sweat, Iron Flesh, Power Within

Miracles :

Replenishment, Bountiful Sunlight, Magic Barrier, Great Magic Barrier, Seek Guidance, Karmic Justice, Vow of Silence, Tranquil Walk of Peace
