I enjoy using this thing on pure faith builds but I wish it didn't look like a toothpick.

i've used it in pvp and its actually not that bad, it has great range and decent damage.
8/10 i'll use this to conquer the holy land again

this weapon is way too long to be held straight ahead like that, just looks uncool. Should be holstered over the shoulder

I wanted to use this weapon at first, then I saw the garbage moveset that was so bad it completely turned me off of the thing, at least in DS3 it has an actual moveset (and is a pretty good weapon to boot), not just a single light and a single heavy attack.
This and the Lucerne have some of the worst movesets in the game hands-down, their movesets alone make then straight-up unusable, honestly they feel unfinished.

Near its image the divine auxilary shows 150, while the table shows 120 aux. Im viewing on mobile device if that makes any difference.

One of the weirdest weapons in the franchise. In this game it's a regular axe, in DS2 it's a greataxe and in DS3 it's a halberd.

When you just can't seem to get a Halberd Start.
Ah YES! You've come to the right place Skeleton!

Anyone find it weird that even though Patches hates clerics, his main weapon has pretty good faith scaling and the divine passive effect?

Despite what others say, this weapon has been enjoyable for early to mid-game for me.
With a surprising amount of damage on a faith build and obtainable early on this is a genuinely good weapon against Gravelord Servants and Hosts who underestimate its damage.
Sad to see it struggle in the other titles...

Option 1: Pay Patches 10,000 souls.
Option 2: Kill Patches.
That's a tricky choice..........

oh great, a decent divine weapon you'll most likely obtain after divine weapons expend their usefulness.

Nico of Thorolund also has a chance to drop this while he is hollow, he dropped it to me in catacombs.
After using this on Seath, and immediately switching to miracles, I quickly learned just how much magic defense he has.

Patches isn't "Patches the Hyena" in this game, that's Demon's Souls. Here he's "Trusty Patches".
