Homeward is a Miracle in Dark Souls. To cast a miracle, you must use a Talismans or Special Weapons that can cast Miracles.
Great miracle cast by advanced clerics. Return to the last bonfire rested at.
Would normally link to one's homeland, only the curse of the Undead has distorted its power, redirecting casters to a bonfire.
Or perhaps for Undead, this serves as home?
Usage
- Self
- Spell version of the Homeward Bone (transports you back to the last used bonfire).
Acquired From
- Sold by Petrus of Thorolund for 8,000 Souls.
- Sold by Reah of Thorolund for 1,000 Souls.
Notes
- This is a must have miracle when farming.

Every time I get this I think "What? Why only one charge?" and then I remember I'm a idiot

I found this description not to be true. It seems to respawn you to nearest bonfire not last visited.
I used painted work bonfire then when to Anor Londo's giant blacksmith. When I used the miracle it moved me to the first bonfire of Anor Londo instead of back to painter world.

OP please nerf. The damage is too high to be a 18 faith miracle. Fast cast time and fast recovery, is perfect for gankers
Question in regards to how this interacts with bonfire warping. I'm currently in the tomb of the Giants and want to return to firelink shrine (I have the Lord vessel) to check if the petrus/Rhea questline has progressed so I can rescue her to buy the miracles. If I warp away but don't rest at my warp destination will homeward take me back to the tomb of the Giants bonfire or the firelink bonfire?
