Drops | 800 Souls (NG+ 2400 ) Demon Great Machete |
The Minor Capra Demon is an Enemy in Dark Souls and Dark Souls Remastered. Enemies are hostile creatures that respawn when players rest at a Bonfire or upon death. Special enemies that do not respawn are classified as Bosses, Mini Bosses or Invaders. It can be found in the Demon Ruins recognizable from its previous appearance in the Lower Undead Burg as an optional boss.
Drops
- Demon Great Machete (5% Chance)
Attacks
- Normal Attack, cannot be parried, can be blocked.
- Two Handed Sword Attack, two great machetes at ones attacks, cannot be blocked.
- Jumping Attack, can be blocked but difficult. Much stamina required.
Strategy
There is a large group of them collected two-by-two that you can try shooting from a range with a bow or crossbow to bait them out to fight you one by one.
Alternatively, you can skip them by dropping below them onto a platform with a Burrowing Rockworm and a bonfire.

One thing I love about Dark Souls is how previous bosses that you might of struggled with eventually become ordinary lowly enemies. Brilliant way to display progression throughout the game.
